PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting pay: $18.96/hour (entry level. $20/hr+ for other openings) 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM 2-2-3 rotating schedule Weekly pay through LaborMax Opportunity for overtime based on business needs Temp-to-hire after approximately 321 hours

WHAT IS A 2-2-3 SCHEDULE?

A 2-2-3 schedule gives you built-in days off during the week while still providing full-time hours.

You will generally:

Work 2 days Off 2 days Work 3 days Then the schedule rotates That means you aren't working the traditional Monday-Friday schedule every week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Associates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assisting with the production and handling of packaging products. Responsibilities may include Operating or assisting with production equipment Loading and unloading materials Inspecting finished products for quality Packaging, stacking, and preparing products Keeping the work area clean and organized Following safety procedures and production requirements Standing and working throughout a 12-hour shift Completing other production duties as assigned
