FULL-TIME

Machine Operators (not temporary work) in the Barberton/Norton area for all three shifts. Double-time overtime, paid holidays, and vacation! 1 st shift: 7am - 3pm, Base up to $15.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $28 per hour with incentives included. 2 nd shift: 3pm - 11pm, Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included. 3 rd shift: 11pm - 7am, Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included. Weekly pay.

Job Duties:

Operate and monitor machinery used in wheel production and metal forming. Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines. Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications. Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring tools. Maintain consistent production output and meet daily goals. Perform routine machine checks and report any issues. Other duties as assigned. Applicants must have their own transportation. Akron Metro bus (route 8) does service all three shifts. Take the next step - apply today!
