Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Euless, TX 76040. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals with previous machine operating experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. Open Position & Pay Rate 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday ($20.60 p/hr) 3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday ($24.72 p/hr) Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work with metal, plastic, and fiberglass materials
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications
  • Previous machine operating experience is required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
Pay:
$20.60 - $24.72 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
