Applicants should be prepared to display critical thinking and attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment. Case management in a personal injury firm is required.
Duties include:
Daily communication with your team, which consists of a pre-litigation attorney and medical clerk Send out welcome letters Set up claims and send LOR's Follow up on liability status on a daily basis Confirm client has started medical treatment and is compliant with their treatment Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates Input medical providers to tabs Follow up on PIP/UIM/UM/MedPay Tasks medical clerk accordingly Redact and send demands Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, health insurance and more
