+ ESOP This isn't a storm-chasing roofing gig. It's a long-term sales career with an employee-owned company. Structured Roofing Systems is the roofing division of Structured Foundation Repairs, serving DFW homeowners since 2003. We're hiring experienced commission salespeople who know how to build their own pipeline, prospect homeowners, generate referrals, and close. We'll teach you roofing. You already need to know how to sell. Compensation & Benefits $1,000/week during your first 4 weeks of training Uncapped commission after training Typical first-year earnings around $95,000 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance Long-term advancement opportunities Actual earnings vary based on individual production. What You'll Sell This isn't replacement-only roofing. You'll offer homeowners: Roof inspections and repairs Full roof replacements Impact-resistant roofing systems Roof rejuvenation that can extend shingle life Seamless gutter systems You Own Your Pipeline There is no inside-sales team handing you a calendar of appointments. You'll generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationships, then manage the customer from inspection through the sale. What We Require 2+ years successful commission sales experience Proven ability to self-generate business Comfortable prospecting homeowners Strong communication and closing skills Professionalism and follow-through Roofing, construction, restoration, and home-services experience is helpful but not required .
