Pre-Roll Technician
REPORTS TO
Inventory & QC Manager, Pre-Roll Leads (Tier 1 & 2) and Director of Ops
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Joint Production role is someone that embodies our core values (Reliable, Pleasant to Work With, Eager to Learn & Committed to Excellence). They will be tasked with pre-roll stickering, QC-ing, packing, grinding, and production. They will be expected to communicate well and often with the Pre-Roll lead and supervisors, as well as other team members and helpers from any other departments.
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, Full-Time (5x8s) 7:00 AM

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Roll QC-ing
  • checking the quality
  • and eliminating any product that does not meet Viking standards.
Min:
580 joints per hour
  • Pre-Roll tube and tin stickering
  • Hand-stickering OR using the sticker machine to accurately and efficiently sticker products with the correct strain stickers and barcodes.
Min:
350 6pk per hour, 250 2pk per hour
  • Pre-Roll tube and tin packing
  • Efficiently and accurately counting and packing pre-rolls into tubes or tins.
Min:
150 6pk per hour, 450 2pk per hour
  • Pre-Roll flower grinding
  • using the grinding machine to turn bulk flower lots into pre-roll flower consistency for smooth production flow .
Min:
4.5 trays/hr.
  • Pre-Roll production
  • using the knock box to carefully but efficiently produce pre-rolls with accurate weights and quality cone structure.
Min:
900 joints/hr.
  • Helping in other departments when needed or necessary
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
