Life:
As a Stocker, your day is centered around keeping shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you'll work on the floor stocking products, organizing shelves, and assisting customers with questions or locating items. For overnight shifts, the focus shifts to preparing the store for the next day; working through deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic. Another part of the role is maintaining organization behind the scenes. You'll move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear and easy to shop. Between handling freight, restocking shelves, and keeping work areas clean, the work stays steady making it a good fit for someone who enjoys physical tasks and a fast‑paced environment. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
