Role Description The Process Technician / Set-Up role is a full-time, on-site position located in Baraboo, WI. This role is responsible for setting up and adjusting injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling to meet production specifications. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and optimizing process parameters, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that products meet quality and performance standards. The Process Technician / Set-Up will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform basic preventive maintenance, and document changes and results. This role also collaborates with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and may assist in training team members on proper set-up and operating procedures. Qualifications Ability to perform equipment and process Troubleshooting to resolve production and performance issues. Experience with Quality Control practices, including inspecting parts, monitoring production, and maintaining documentation. Knowledge of Process Engineering concepts related to injection molding, including process optimization and parameter adjustments. Skills in Preventive Maintenance to keep machines and auxiliary equipment in safe and efficient operating condition. Capacity to provide Training and guidance to operators or team members on set-up and standard operating procedures. Prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing is strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to work on-site full time in Baraboo, WI; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
