This role offers hands-on experience in emergency response, environmental safety, and property restoration. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency water damage and mold remediation calls. Assess affected areas and determine the scope of damage using moisture meters and infrared cameras. Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification using advanced equipment. Safely remove and remediate mold-contaminated materials following industry protocols. Set up containment areas and operate air scrubbers to prevent cross-contamination. Document job progress, including photos, readings, and written reports. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members. Maintain and clean equipment and vehicles to ensure readiness for emergency dispatch. Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, EPA, IICRC). We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and take pride in their work.
