Job Type:

Temporary, approximately 1-2 months, with possible longer-term opportunity for strong, reliable workers. Masis Staffing is hiring Temporary Plant Laborers for a client in Shrewsbury, MA. This is a short-term opportunity expected to last approximately 1-2 months , with the possibility of longer-term consideration for reliable, hard-working employees. This role will mainly involve helping with grounds cleanup and general plant labor in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general grounds and plant cleanup Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Pick up debris and help maintain the facility grounds Follow all safety policies and site procedures Work as part of a team to support daily plant operations Perform other general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and punctuality Safety-conscious mindset Comfortable working in an industrial/plant environment Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working outdoors or in non-office environments Previous general labor, warehouse, landscaping, construction, sanitation, or plant experience is helpful but not required
