Job Description

Your Day Crafting Precision Join our fabrication team in Wyoming, IL as a CNC Press Brake Technician. You will shape flat metal into accurate components, ensuring every bend meets spec and every part reflects true craftsmanship. A Typical Shift Review blueprints and technical drawings to confirm bend sequence, tolerances, and material specs. Set up and operate press brake equipment, selecting tooling and making precise adjustments for quality results. Run first-article checks and continuous in-process inspections with measurement gauges; tune settings as needed. Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance. Coordinate with teammates to hit production targets and timelines. Keep the area organized and follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe workspace. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in machining/manufacturing is a plus. Hands-on experience operating a brake press or closely related metal forming machinery in a manufacturing environment. Fluency reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot press brake equipment confidently. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality mindset. Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first approach. Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime when needed.
