Press Brake Operator Pioneer Truckweld Inc . , a fast-growing company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Brake Operator. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude and a desire to grow your career, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Setting up hydraulic press brake. Ensuring parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently for production needs. Some welding required. Follow shop drawings and sketches using correct tolerances provided. Perform correct bend radius, bump roll, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes. Using correct tooling to perform bend radius for material thickness. Operation of progressive back gauge. CNC operations. Operations of overhead crane and jib crane. Forklift operations. Follow S.O.P. that are put in place. Follow all safety guidelines. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience are required for this position. Must be a self-motivator and a team player. At times will need to work closely with other departments for production needs. Usage of correct hand tools and measuring devices to perform duties. Familiar with metals and their forming properties (carbon steel, aluminum, AR plate, T-1, Tuff 500). Must be punctual and ready to work at start of shift. Must have basic hand tools. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) within 24 hours of contingent job offer. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Required to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation $19.00/hr-$33.00/hr DOE Benefits Competitive wages with opportunities for advancement. Benefit package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance options (upon completion of 60-day waiting period). Paid holidays (upon completion of 90-day probationary period).
