Shift:

2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Growth or other perks: Great atmosphere and culture What You'll Do You will be responsible for the setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time environment.

• Machine Operation:

  Set up and operate hydraulic or punch presses for routine established work.

• Tooling:

  Select, load, and install correct tooling for tasks using setup documents or supervisor assistance.

• Quality Control:

  Perform assigned work to meet time standards and quality expectations, including visual inspections.

• Documentation:

  Account for time and work completed via an online computer data collection system and maintain equipment performance logs.

• Material Handling:

  Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work. ...

• Maintenance:

  Participate in operator-level preventative maintenance and report equipment deficiencies to the maintenance team. What You'll Need

• Technical Skills:

  Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background, with the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.

• Math & Measurement:

  Competency in basic shop math and dimensional measuring.

• Equipment:

  Ability to use a forklift; previous experience with overhead cranes is desired.
• Experience (Preferred): Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment with basic knowledge of hydraulic press or punch operations.
