Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Print Production Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed apparel using manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and break down screen printing presses (manual or automatic) Prepare screens, inks, and materials for each print job Align and register designs to ensure accurate placement on garments Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed Load and unload garments efficiently while maintaining consistency Cure printed items using conveyor dryer or flash unit Perform quality checks to ensure prints meet company standards Clean and maintain equipment, screens, and work area Assist with reclaiming screens and general shop organization Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
