As a Solder & Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and wiring of lighting components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

$21Shift:
5am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Soldering surfaces, applying flux, and fusing components with precision according to SOPs Preparing and assembling linear strip lights and wire harnesses based on layout drawings Collaborating with the production team to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and housekeeping protocols Participating in special projects and assisting in training co-workers to promote safety and continuous improvement What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year proven soldering experience Mechanical inclination and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English Physical ability to lift, move, and adjust items up to 25 lbs Capability to work in environments with varying temperatures and occasional noise What's in it for me?
