requirements from an assembler's perspective. Key Responsibilities Assemble skids, pallets, and crates with precision and efficiency, including specialty builds for aerospace and medical industries. Operate nail guns and other assembly tools safely and effectively in a high-speed environment. Apply knowledge of

ISO 9001

standards and requirements during assembly to maintain quality compliance. Read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications accurately. Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality throughout all assembly tasks. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a high-skill assembler in industrial or specialty crating environments. Prior experience building aerospace or medical crates is strongly preferred. Familiarity with

ISO 9001

requirements from an assembler's standpoint. Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment using nail guns and related tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-speed assembly and specialty crating. Hands-on experience with nail guns/powered equipment and other assembly tools. Working Conditions Fast-paced production floor environment. Physical work involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. intricate crates, skids, and pallets not just basic assembly. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings with little to no assistance is important.

Ideally, they'll also have some familiarity with

ISO 9001

standards and be comfortable working in a structured, quality-driven environment.

Pay:

$16.90 - $20.00 per hour
