Job Title:
Entry-Level Assembler Job Description This entry-level assembler role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment building high-density liquid cooling products. You will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing, use hand and power tools, and follow blueprints to construct complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. The position involves learning brazing and grinding techniques, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and standing throughout the entire shift. Responsibilities Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products with accuracy and attention to detail. Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints to build complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures according to specifications. Learn and perform brazing on copper piping to meet quality standards. Grind and finish assembled products to ensure clean, high-quality final components. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals. Maintain a steady work pace in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Stand throughout the entire shift while performing assembly and production tasks. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with general production, packaging, and related tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience using hand tools and power tools in a work or hobby setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or basic technical drawings. Capability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong desire to enter and grow within the manufacturing industry. Comfort working with mechanical components and production line tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work with consistent attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus. Knowledge or experience working with tools in construction, mechanical, general labor, or similar environments. Experience in production, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing environments is beneficial. Interest in learning new skills such as brazing, grinding, and working in other departments like warehouse or fabrication. No previous manufacturing experience required, provided there is a strong desire to get into manufacturing. Why Work Here? The position requires standing for the entire shift and maintaining a steady pace to meet production needs. The environment supports cross-training and movement between departments over time, with onsite resources available to answer questions and provide support. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
