Production & Material Handler $20-$23/HR | Multiple Shifts Available | Immediate Openings Are you looking for a hands-on production and material handling role with a stable company and opportunities for growth? We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals to join our team. This position combines production support, material movement, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks. Supply production lines with materials to ensure efficient operations. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and accurately. Operate handheld scanners and maintain inventory accuracy. Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with production activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience. Forklift experience required. Experience with pallet jacks, scanners, and inventory systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
