Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Job Summary A manufacturing company in East Providence is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to perform hands-on and semi-automated assembly tasks involving small components. Responsibilities include bending, cutting, gluing, UV curing, and inspecting finished products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and has a strong eye for detail. Training will be provided on specialized equipment and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble small components by placing parts into fixtures and applying adhesives as required. Perform secondary assembly operations including bending, cutting, and securing components. Operate semi-automated assembly equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect finished products using gauges and measurement tools to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with sorting and quality inspection activities, including 100% inspection when required. Identify and separate defective or nonconforming materials. Complete production quantities according to work orders and established deadlines. Weigh parts and accurately record counts and production information. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-train on additional equipment, processes, or department responsibilities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required. Willingness and ability to learn semi-automated equipment and new processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components. Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for training, safety, and production purposes. Reliable, motivated, and willing to work as part of a team. Why Consider This Opportunity?
