Sunday - Saturday 1st shift: 6 am to 4:45 pm 2nd shift: 5 pm to 3:30 pm Parts, Pieces, Paychecks —Time to Assemble Your Future. Job Duties Retrieve, handle, and assemble materials and finished products Perform framing and construction-related assembly tasks Assist with crating, packaging, and product preparation Conduct and document quality inspections Use a variety of hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete additional duties as assigned Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16″ scale Comfortable using hand tools Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
