Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to efficient production processes, helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers. Duties Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing instructions, and production documents to accurately complete assembly tasks. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math skills, and other measuring instruments to verify component dimensions and ensure quality standards are met. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process utilizing measuring instruments and visual checks to identify defects or inconsistencies. Handle manual handling tasks safely while maintaining adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols. Perform soldering when required for electrical connections and ensure proper use of all safety procedures during machining or assembly activities. Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and precision measuring tools for accurate component verification. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret production documents. Mechanical knowledge including understanding of mechanical assembly processes and machining techniques. Experience with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, soldering equipment, and specialized industrial tools. Familiarity with shop math principles necessary for measurements and calculations during assembly tasks. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise assembly work. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards including proper use of PPE and manual handling techniques. Pay:
$16.50 - $18.50 per hour
