Dizario Search is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Carson City, NV, that is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Engineer to join their team. This is a key role responsible for leading new product introduction programs from development through production launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, NPI/NPD, program management, and cross-functional leadership . Key Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from initial development through successful production launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations. Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables. Drive manufacturing and production readiness, including tooling, equipment, processes, materials, suppliers, and capacity. Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Support prototype builds, First Article Inspection (FAI), qualification activities, process validation, and transition to production. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in NPI, NPD, program management, or aerospace manufacturing . Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality requirements Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
