- Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally with building products, windows, or doors.
- Proven track record of leading production lines and managing manufacturing teams.
- Ability to manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in reporting on production metrics, including OTD, scrap, throughput, uptime, and labor efficiency. Leadership & Team Management
- A strong safety-first mindset and the ability to guide teams at all levels of the manufacturing floor.
- Expertise in coaching, performance management, and accountability.
- Experience in hiring and retaining talent for manufacturing roles while building a positive, high-performance culture.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ability to analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Commitment to standard work, process documentation, and continuous improvement. Planning, Inventory & Systems
- Experience managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Ability to balance labor, capacity, and material availability to meet demand.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with office staff, installers, and sales teams.
- Experience leading teams through growth, new product launches, or process restructuring.
Pay:
$95,000.00- $130,000.
