At GT's Living Foods, our Kefirs/Yo Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the ingredients utilized are accounted for and stored in their designated location. Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory by systematically utilizing
ERP/D365
to verify physical and systematic inventory, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments in the system. Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator will also generate reports based on this information and communicate findings from the report to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Physically and systemically verify ingredient quantities and locations. Identify discrepancies between physical and systematic counts and locate ingredients based on their location within the system. Perform adjustments on ingredient locations as needed to ensure accuracy of locations in the warehouse. Request Raw Material from outside storage as production needed Enter data reflecting accurate ingredient quantities into the daily report Utilize data within the spreadsheet to notify management and procurement regarding ingredients that are reaching their shelf-life limit and/or ingredients that need to be ordered Audit ERP transactions on all Coco-Yo areas and identify discrepancies Support with training on the ERP processes Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Duties and Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Occasional twisting motions to grab and turn containers. Involves constant movement around the facilities, occasionally in a wet environment or cold environment (30-40°F).
