+ Benefits We are hiring a Program Manager / Production Control professional with experience in structural steel fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of production planning, scheduling, material flow, shop priorities, and production performance while working with modern fabrication technology and automation. Key Responsibilities Manage production schedules and ensure projects stay on track for on-time delivery. Oversee production control, material flow, inventory tracking, job status, and shop priorities. Use Tekla PowerFab to manage production workflows and provide real-time production visibility. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, detailing, project management, and shop teams. Manage cut lists, nesting data, production reports, and production priorities. Support CNC and automated plasma cutting operations and programming. Use ProNest to optimize material utilization and reduce waste. Review AutoCAD drawings and fabrication details. Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Support automation initiatives, including robotic welding and automated fabrication. Requirements 2+ years of Tekla PowerFab experience required. Experience with Prodevco plasma cutting systems required. ProNest experience required. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and fabrication drawings. Experience with production control, scheduling, program management, or manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of material flow, BOMs, inventory, and shop floor operations. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing experience. Experience with robotic welding or automated fabrication equipment. ERP or MRP experience. Continuous improvement experience.
