This position combines computer-based order processing, customer communication, production, and shipping/fulfillment . Throughout the day, you will work on a desktop computer to process customer orders and prepare custom order files, as well as work hands-on with our engraving and printing equipment to personalize, pack, and ship products. No previous engraving, printing, Photoshop, or production experience is required. We will train the right person. However, applicants must already be comfortable using a Windows desktop computer and have basic computer skills. You should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard, navigating Windows, using a web browser, opening and saving files, and working with folders. Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important. Many of our products are personalized with customer names, messages, designs, and other custom information, so orders must be carefully reviewed and completed correctly. What You'll Do Process customer orders Review customer names, text, designs, personalization instructions, and other order details for accuracy Learn our process for handling and preparing custom orders Respond to customer questions and order-related messages online Use Adobe Photoshop to create and prepare files for custom orders after training Print shipping labels and other order paperwork Engrave or print products according to customer orders Inspect completed products to ensure personalization is correct and meets our quality standards Pick products and supplies from our warehouse as needed Pack completed orders safely and accurately for shipment Help keep orders organized throughout the production and shipping process Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Work as part of a team to complete and ship daily orders on time What We're Looking For Basic Windows desktop computer experience is required Comfortable using a mouse, keyboard, web browser, files, and folders Comfortable learning new computer programs and order-processing systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written communication skills for responding to customer messages online Dependable and punctual Able to stay focused while performing repetitive and detail-oriented tasks Comfortable switching between computer work and hands-on production work throughout the day Good organizational and time-management skills Able to follow written instructions and customer order specifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience No prior experience with engraving, printing, personalization, Adobe Photoshop, or order fulfillment is required. We will provide training. Prior experience using a Windows desktop computer is required , but advanced computer skills are not necessary. If you are comfortable with everyday computer tasks and are willing to learn, we can teach you our software, Photoshop workflow, production equipment, and order-processing procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and be on your feet for portions of the shift Ability to work seated at a computer for portions of the shift Ability to regularly walk between the office/production area and warehouse Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Work Environment Our order processing, engraving, and printing work is performed in a comfortable, air-conditioned indoor workspace . Team members will also enter our warehouse throughout the day to pick products and supplies needed to complete customer orders. This position does not involve in-person customer service . Customer communication is handled online through our computer-based systems. This is a great position for someone who is comfortable working on a computer but also enjoys hands-on work . The ideal person takes pride in getting the details right, stays organized, learns quickly, and enjoys staying productive throughout the day.
