The Operator I works Under close supervision and following the appropriate GMPs the team member will set up and operate machines for production department.

Follows all safety proceduresReport any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or managerFollow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety proceduresFollow and enforce SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMPs, and ETC)Follow and enforce

USDA & FDA

guidelines and regulations. Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break PoliciesPerform basic machine troubleshooting to keep them running at all timesVerify that equipment is in good working condition and report to his/her immediate supervisor when machines have a malfunction.

Informs immediate Supervisor/Lead when product is out of specification and when non-conformances occur. Follow the companys allergen programRemain in designated work areasClean and maintain assigned area in safe sanitary condition, ensuring product safetyMust have a positive attitude when helping peers, leaders, or supervisors.

Assist packing team in the completion of their orders:

Requirements and Duties:

Basic Knowledge of USDA Establishment.

Basic Knowledge of the Cryovac, Hot Pack Machines, and/or Smi PackBasic Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures and employee safety practices.

Basic knowledge of company employee policies.

Must be responsible and fast learner.

Must have good organization skills Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in machine operating (Food Industry is a plus) If you are interested in joining the Production Team, please submit an Expression of Interest Form to the HR Department.
