Role:

BEPC is seeking a dependable Production Operator to support our customer's manufacturing operations in Temecula, California. This is a hands-on production role ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed procedures. Experience in medical manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform production and assembly-related tasks in a manufacturing environment Use microscopes and hand tools to inspect, handle, and manipulate materials or components Follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions Read, interpret, and apply written instructions and production information Maintain quality standards while working efficiently and safely Participate in instructor-led training sessions conducted in English Communicate schedule needs in advance, including any upcoming vacations or requested days off

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus Warehouse, forklift, material handler, and Amazon-only backgrounds are not the target for this role Must pass an eye exam and color vision test Proficiency in English required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training Comfortable using microscopes in a production setting Ability to follow policies and procedures consistently Ability to read, write, and interpret information accurately Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed manual tasks Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours per day Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull Must have visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Ability to lift and carry items under 50 pounds About
