General Production Workers in Denver, CO Position Overview We are seeking motivated General Production Workers to support operations in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow by ensuring materials are properly prepared, moved, and supplied to line operators. Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shift . Key Responsibilities Move, transport, and stage materials throughout the production floor to maintain steady workflow Unbag and prepare raw materials for use on production lines Lift, carry, and stack materials (frequently 50+ lbs) in a repetitive, physically demanding environment Load and unload materials and assist with general material handling tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support line operators and skilled team members by delivering materials as needed Follow all safety procedures and production protocols Remain on feet for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts) Perform basic math for inventory or production tracking Read and follow instructions, labels, and documentation in English Required Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform physical labor throughout the shift Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) Basic English comprehension for safety and work instructions Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) Strong reliability and attendance Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience Experience in GMP or FDA-regulated environments (food, beverage, or pharma) Mechanical aptitude or exposure (hydraulics, belts, motors, etc.) Troubleshooting experience (including PLCs is a plus) Basic welding knowledge (preferred but not required) Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
