Flexible About the Position Same Day Awards is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to help us create trophies, plaques, medals, awards, and other customized products for our customers. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with tools, and seeing a finished product come together. You will help pull the correct materials for each order, assemble and finish products, inspect completed work, and keep orders moving through production accurately and on time. Experience in production or assembly is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing quality work. What You'll Do Review work orders and production instructions. Pull the correct parts, materials, hardware, and packaging for each order. Verify item numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, and other order specifications. Organize and stage orders so they can move efficiently through engraving, assembly, and shipping. Assemble trophies, plaques, medals, awards, and other customized products. Perform mounting, gluing, fastening, polishing, cleaning, and finishing work. Install engraved plates, emblems, figures, columns, and other components. Inspect materials and completed products for accuracy, appearance, and workmanship. Compare finished products with the original work order before they move to shipping. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials and other issues that may delay an order. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and staging areas. Assist in other production areas and learn additional responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Dependable attendance and the ability to work consistently as part of a team. Ability to read and follow work orders, written instructions, measurements, and specifications. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in different production functions. Previous experience in production, assembly, fulfillment, warehousing, fabrication, or a similar environment is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout most of the workday. Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive production tasks. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely. Ability to visually inspect small components, text, colors, and finished products for accuracy. Why Join Same Day Awards?
