Position Summary:

The Production Artist prepares and adjusts artwork to ensure high-quality production of promotional products. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. The position works closely with the Production team to deliver accurate, production-ready files that meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, size, adjust, and finalize artwork, including color corrections and touchups. Review and proof files for accuracy and quality before production. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with teams to resolve artwork issues and meet specifications.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of printing methods (screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organization. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime if needed.

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods sitting at a workstation. Occasional visits to the production floor.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
