This role is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment, including industrial blenders, while ensuring products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate and maintain assigned production equipment following standard procedures Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency Meet or exceed production output goals Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and follow work orders, formulas, and production instructions Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specifications Transfer materials, supplies, and finished products between work areas Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment before, during, and after production runs Maintain accurate production records and documentation Complete cleaning logs and coordinate with quality control for testing Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications and Requirements No formal education required No prior experience required; training provided Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and follow instructions Reliable, flexible, and dependable Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Capable of climbing, balancing, kneeling, and reaching as needed Benefits and Perks Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits Training and advancement opportunities Your New Organization This company is a leader in manufacturing construction and building materials, offering a stable and team-oriented work environment.
