Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker in NJ, where your energy and precision will drive the production of high-quality products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical skills and manufacturing knowledge to contribute to efficient operations. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and excellence in manufacturing processes. Duties Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring smooth production flow. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Use measuring instruments and hand tools to verify dimensions and quality standards during assembly. Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements. Follow safety standards rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Support managing production or assembly teams by coordinating tasks and maintaining workflow continuity. Skills Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficiency with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately. Mechanical knowledge relevant to mechanical assembly and process troubleshooting. Experience with assembly line operations, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement strategies. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and safety protocol adherence. Strong manual handling skills, including heavy lifting and managing production equipment safely. Technical proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments for quality control. Effective communication skills for managing production or assembly teams and collaborating across departments.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
