Job Summary We are seeking detail oriented Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for efficiency in packaging product by weight and maintaining a clean work space. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of finished goods for 2 component industrial coatings, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Production facility schedule : 6:30AM

3:00PM Monday
Thursday 6:00AM
2:00pm Friday's 2x 15-minute paid breaks, and 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Plant employees opt to skip lunch on Fridays in order to get our earlier for the weekend. Duties Operate semi-automated liquid filling machines and pneumatic lid closers. Apply labels and lot number tracking info to finished products. Palletize finished goods and keep track of production quantity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure product coming off the fill line is clean and free of spills or drips. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Reliability to adhere to a 40hr working schedule. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-driven. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times. US Employment eligibility required. Must pass E-Verify check. Training will be provided in all areas of job duties, including forklift training / certification, and hazardous material handling / safety protocols.
