Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of production processes, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to perform routine tasks following prescribed steps
• Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routine work practices
• Ability to make effective decisions within position requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing and packaging, assembly, labeling, and inspection
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and

ISO 9000

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routine work practices
• Make decisions as required while working within established procedures
• Support team goals and objectives through effective teamwork and communication
• Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Work under direct supervision while completing assigned production activities
• Ensure work is completed accurately and according to established quality and production requirements
