Full-Time Rosin Press Technician Reports To:

Production Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Rosin Press Technician to join our growing team at Trinity Cannabis. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rosin press equipment to produce high-quality, solventless cannabis concentrates that meet our strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate rosin press machines (plates, bags, and temperature/pressure controls) to extract high-potency rosin from starting material Monitor and adjust press parameters (temperature, pressure, time) for consistent yields and quality Prepare and pack starting material (flower, hash, kief) into rosin bags Perform post-press processing: collection, weighing, jar filling, and labeling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas per Michigan cannabis regulations Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on rosin press equipment Track and record production data, yields, and batch information in our compliance system Assist with inventory management of rosin supplies and raw materials Work collaboratively with the extraction and packaging teams to meet daily production goals Requirements Must have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating rosin presses in a licensed cannabis facility (required) Proven track record of producing high-quality, consistent rosin with strong yields Strong understanding of solventless extraction techniques, rosin bag sizes, micron ratings, and press optimization Familiarity with Michigan cannabis regulations (MMFLA / MRTMA) and strict compliance standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends) Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (e.g., cannabis extraction training) a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple rosin press brands/models Knowledge of starting-material selection and curing processes Previous experience in cannabis production, trimming, or packaging
