Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st and 3rd shift 1st Shift
  • 6:30 am
  • 5 pm 3rd Shift
  • 8 pm to 6:30 am (Sunday night start)
  • must be able to work both as you will be trained on 1st and moved to 3rd What's the Job? Individuals must be self-directed and multi-skilled
  • They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least 2 of the following areas Welding, assembly, machine operating, forklift operating, electrical knowledge, hand and power tool operation, buffing and grinding, blueprint reading and tape measure reading Utilize hand tools, tape measures, and measuring devices for quality control What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED with proof of completion Ability to work both 1st and 3rd shifts, including overtime on Fridays and Saturdays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain good attendance habits Mechanical inclination or enjoyment of working with hands Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to various tasks What's in it for me?
