ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas: Welding Assembly Blue print reading Machine operation Buffing and grinding Refrigeration knowledge Electrical knowledge Hand tool operation Fork truck operating Basic computer skills Tape measure readingREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Have good attendance habits.
- Must be safety conscience.
- Cooperative/team player.
- Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.
- Able to learn new things quickly.
- Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or GED is required
