Quality Wood Priming , a subsidiary of Coastal Specialty Forest Products, is seeking to hire a dependable and motivated individual to join our team at our Paint Shop Production facility in Bow, New Hampshire.

Paint Shop Production Associates are versatile employees and are cross trained in all key areas of the work environment, including: Efficiently bundling and packaging customer orders to meet quality standards. Organizing completed orders in designated loading areas. Ensuring all products meet established quality metrics. Keeping the production area stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting machine operators with job changeovers. Effectively communicating production concerns/issues to supervisors. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure, safe working environment. Supporting fellow team members and performing additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Dependability, work ethic, and pride in delivering high-quality work. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs . Comfortable performing tasks involving bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Capable of reaching above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
