We are looking to expand our manufacturing team! As an Ingenium Manufacturing Associate you will be assisting in the process of trimming, drilling, buffing, and prepping composite parts. The main duties of this position will include using power hand tools to cut, drill, buff, and polish each part. Attention to detail and quality control is needed to ensure that each item is properly prepared for the next stage of manufacturing. You must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and work well with others as a team. Must be okay with standing for the entirety of shift, bending, and lifting. This is an entry level position, and no experience or education is required although previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with weekends off. Overtime available. Hands on training also available.

Requirements:

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidate must be motivated, dependable, productive and committed to quality. This position requires the use of power tools to trim and drill composite parts. This position requires physical labor and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to work well with others.
