Production Associate Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 5:05pm - 3:45am
Overtime:
Fridays as needed

Site tour required before offer Pay rate: $19.00/h Position Summary The Production Associate supports the manufacturing of door components by performing a variety of production, assembly, material handling, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with production operations, including sorting, stacking, assembly, and material handling. Support Machine Operators and learn machine operation processes. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements. Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals. Qualifications No experience required; training provided. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Safety-toe shoes required. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts. Frequent walking, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Ability to work safely around machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Skills Strong safety awareness. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Attention to quality and detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety is our top priority.
