Functional Area:
Operations The Role Under immediate supervision, the Machine Operator will work under immediate supervision, operate specific machinery and perform more complex mechanical set-ups, including set up and operation of production lines. Acts as a group leader. Makes minor adjustments and verifies quality of own work. What You'll Do Performs work in compliance with standard operating procedures and rotate through various stations on the lines where needed, to ensure production needs are met. Perform and complete accurate and timely quality check sheets as defined on machine checklist and understand noncompliant product holds and make corrective actions as needed. Perform standard run rates, along with increasing efficiency and reducing shrink by playing an active role with the team members to meet company goals. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work environment. Complies with safety policies, participates in the plant's safety program and is proactive with Safety concerns.
Shift:
This is a 1st shift position #IND123 #LI-BA1 What You'll Bring Must be 18 years old. High school diploma or GED not required. Previous production experience preferred. Quality-minded, conscientious and self-motivated. Effective communication skills. The base pay range for this position is $20.51 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
