7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overview Urban Canna is a premium indoor cannabis brand operating in Oregon since 2014. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apparel Heat Press & Merchandise Production Specialist . This position will primarily be responsible for producing our branded merchandise using a commercial heat press, including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel. You'll also help manage merchandise inventory, prepare products for events and promotions, and assist with new merchandise ideas as our brand continues to grow. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, stays organized, and can work efficiently and independently. This is a full-time position with opportunities for additional responsibilities, growth, and promotion within the company. Key Responsibilities Press and produce branded merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel using a heat press Accurately position and align designs to ensure consistent, professional-quality finished products Follow proper temperature, pressure, and pressing requirements for different garments and materials Inspect finished merchandise for quality and consistency Maintain accurate inventory counts of merchandise, blank apparel, transfers, and production supplies Prep and pack merchandise for events, promotions, pop-ups, and other company needs Fold, organize, and prepare completed merchandise Keep the merchandise production area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for production Communicate when merchandise or production supplies are running low Help brainstorm and execute new merchandise designs and products as the brand grows Support event setup and breakdown for promotional appearances Assist the grow team when needed, which may include cleaning, trimming support, moving product, general upkeep, and other production-related tasks Assist with additional merchandise, production, or company needs as assigned Qualifications Prior experience operating a heat press is required Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic inventory and organizational skills Ability to perform repetitive production work while maintaining consistent quality Good time-management skills and ability to stay productive throughout the workday Physically able to lift and move boxes and remain on your feet for extended periods Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required Must be 21 years of age or older Must have or be willing to obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit Must meet all applicable state requirements for employment at a licensed cannabis business What We Offer Select paid holidays 1 week paid time off after 1 year
