Job Description
Our client, a leader in the printing and mailing services industry, is seeking a Printer Production Associate to join their team. As a Printer Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

1st, 2nd, 3rd shift available What's the Job? Operate printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machines for various materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cards. Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, affix tags to plastic carriers, and stuff mail into expedited mailing packages. Operate presorting machines to sort and separate damaged mail, requesting reprints when necessary. Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve productivity, safety, security, and quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds.
