• 65% Assist all departments within operations in mold assembly / disassembly, machining, EDM and polishing. Learn to read and interpret CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawings. Perform basic tasks under supervision. Assist in cleaning, organizing, and staging tooling components. Develop understanding of mold components, functions, and build processes. Collaboration With Manufacturing Teams
• 10% Assist in transporting materials and components between departments. Observe and learn mold manufacturing processes, material behavior, and production workflows. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on tasks. Efficiency & Documentation
• 10% Complete assigned tasks within expected timelines.

Maintain accurate records of work performed as directed. Follow standardized processes and work instructions closely .
