Shift Location:
Milwaukee
Pay Rate:
$18/hour We are seeking motivated Finishers to mount louvers, doors, and silencers on our enclosures. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Schedule
Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Training & Responsibilities
Training will include:
Finishing techniques
Hands-on manufacturing skills
Learning new hand and power tools
Assembly fundamentals
Installing doors and louvers
Installing sound baffles
Job Duties
Mount louvers, doors, silencers, and related components onto enclosures
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to use or learn hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and motivated work ethic
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
