 $32/hr + $3/hr Shift Premium
Schedule:
 Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM•2:00 AM (OT available Fridays) ? About the Role We are hiring a Robotic Polishing Cell Operator to support our automated manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role working with robotic equipment to polish and finish metal castings. This position is ideal for individuals with machine operating, CNC, or automated production experience looking to grow into robotics. Responsibilities Load and unload parts into robotic polishing cells Operate and monitor robotic belting and buffing equipment Perform changeovers and basic setups Replace abrasive belts and buff wheels Run and select pre-programmed robotic processes (no programming required) Perform basic troubleshooting to keep production running Inspect parts for quality and make minor manual corrections as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in manufacturing, CNC, or machine operation Exposure to automation or robotics (Fanuc a plus) Ability to perform setups, adjustments, or basic troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with: Polishing, buffing, or metal finishing CNC machining or automated cells Fanuc or similar robotic systems ? Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, bend, and move throughout shift Work in a manufacturing environment (noise, temperature changes) ?
