2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Flexibility to support 1st shift as needed) Help Protect the Quality Behind Every Product Westwood Laboratories is a contract manufacturer specializing in cosmetics, personal care, OTC, therapeutic, and medical device products. For over 75 years, Westwood has partnered with leading brands to develop and manufacture high-quality products in a regulated manufacturing environment. Westwood Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented QC Line Inspector to support our manufacturing operations in Azusa, CA. This role is responsible for performing in-process quality inspections during filling and packaging operations to ensure products meet company standards, FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and customer expectations. What You'll Do Perform in-process inspections on packaging and filling lines Verify lot numbers, labels, coding, fill weights, torque checks, and packaging integrity Conduct line clearance and setup checks before start-up and changeovers Document inspection results accurately and maintain audit-ready records Report deviations or quality concerns promptly Support retain sample management and traceability Partner with Production, Warehouse, and QA/QC teams to resolve issues Support internal audits and inspections as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of manufacturing, packaging, or quality inspection experience preferred Cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus Basic understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs. Ability to wear required PPE and work on the production floor Benefits 401(k) + company match
