Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Analyst specializing in HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), Dissolution testing, and Wet Chemistry techniques. In this vital role, you will perform rigorous laboratory analyses to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of pharmaceutical or biotech products. Your expertise will support compliance with industry standards such as GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations. Join our dynamic team to contribute to innovative research and development efforts, ensuring products meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Duties Conduct HPLC analyses to quantify active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and impurities with precision and accuracy. Perform dissolution testing to evaluate the release characteristics of drug formulations in accordance with regulatory standards. Execute wet chemistry procedures including titrations, pH measurements, and sample preparations for various analytical techniques. Maintain strict adherence to laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards such as GLP, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Document all experimental data meticulously using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or other electronic data capture tools. Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments including HPLC systems, dissolution apparatus, pH meters, and balances. Participate in method validation activities to ensure analytical methods are reliable, reproducible, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. Support research & development projects by providing accurate analysis results that inform product development decisions. Assist in microbiological testing, histology preparations, or molecular biology assays as needed to support comprehensive product evaluation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing laboratory processes and implementing best practices for efficiency and accuracy. Skills Extensive knowledge of laboratory techniques including HPLC, dissolution testing, wet chemistry, microbiology, histology, and molecular biology. Strong understanding of
GLP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and clinical laboratory standards to ensure compliance across all activities. Proven experience working in industrial or research laboratories with a focus on quality control analysis. Excellent data collection skills coupled with the ability to analyze complex datasets accurately. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry and record keeping. Solid understanding of laboratory procedures related to microbiology, veterinary terminology (if applicable), and scientific research methodologies. Strong math skills for precise calculations involved in titrations, dilutions, calibration curves, and statistical analysis. Ability to troubleshoot analytical instruments efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams involved in research & development projects.
