quality management system. The Role We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to own inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished product, and to facilitate shipping and receiving. Prior experience in a regulated industry is preferred, as is hands-on experience with inspection methods and inspection tooling. Because our components are measured in thousandths of an inch and end up inside patients, the qualities that matter most here are reliability, attention to detail, and the honesty to flag a problem rather than let it pass. ResponsibilitiesQuality Control Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming materials, in-process product, and finished goods against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements Use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and optical/video measurement equipment Record inspection results accurately and completely in inspection records and spreadsheets Verify Certificates of Conformance and supplier documentation against purchase orders Identify, tag, segregate, and document nonconforming material; escalate issues to the Chief Technology Officer promptly Maintain calibration logs, inspection records, and controlled documents Support internal audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement projects Facilitate Shipping and Receiving Facilitate receiving of incoming shipments: verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders, and route material to inspection or stock Facilitate outbound shipments: pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders, including cleanroom-packaged and controlled product Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) for domestic and international shipments Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts Keep the receiving, inspection, and shipping areas clean, organized, and audit-ready Communicate shipment status and material issues to production, purchasing, and customer service Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Proficient with PC tools and Google Workspace — Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (or equivalent Microsoft Office experience with willingness to work in Google Workspace) Comfortable entering and tracking data accurately in spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow written procedures exactly Reliable attendance and a strong sense of personal responsibility for your work Able to read and communicate clearly in English, including written records and email Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Prior experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or similar) Experience with inspection methods and inspection tooling — calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, optical comparators Familiarity with blueprints, engineering drawings, or basic GD&T Working knowledge of

ISO 9001, ISO
